A3 – Once we receive your email with the information from the
order form, PayPal or money order and review your project,
we will consider this a Request For Quote (RFQ). We will
review and finalize the information, contact you if any more
information is required.

A 4– Yes, if you have a HDTV the show would be in high
quality HDTV on DVD in stereo.

A5 – The samples are on Flash Video, for faster viewing, (if
we were to use our normal video quality it would be much
slower). After half way through viewing a sample, just hit
refresh on your browser and it should play much smoother.
Note you can always contact us to get a free high quality
DVD (shipping/handling not included). Just give us an idea
of the event you have in mind so we know which
sample to send you.

A6 – Use the same manner as a regular project, except you can
email pictures as attachments in batches of a maximum of 9MB
at a time. We have worked with people in the past who have
used this method.

A7 – These are 2 hr. 4.7 GB DVD-R of the highest quality,
depending on music, clip arts, themes, voice annotations and
other factors, up to 1000 photos can be used. Most of our
projects are the 200 photos package. Yes we can set
parameters for a regular 4:3 or 16:9 aspect. (regular TV or
widescreen)

A8 - Yes, this is caused by conflicts
between three different programs, your DVD will not do this. You have many options; titles
and credits, loop albums, play continuous, stop after
last album and many more options. Plus
the quality will be so much better on the photos
HD, and will never turn to Green checker at the end.

A9 - We have frames that match the show
for almost every occasion, as you can view some in
the gallery. Please contact us for a free
demo of the many themes we have, or tell us what the event is and we'll let you choose
from several. People love them, or perhaps you do not
which to have a theme for your project.

A10 - We are situated in
Windsor Ontario which is a border city to Detroit Michigan.
We service Canada wide and states in the Eastern
Standard, and Eastern time zones.
We also
have a Southern Regional office in the Fort Myers Florida
area to service all southern states. Whether your project is
created in the northern or southern location it will be
transparent to you. It is simply a matter of
logistics for shipping & handling.
Once we
receive your information from our online order form on our secure
site, we will assign the location to serve you better. (note: the SSL Gold Lock in your browser toolbar,
when you contact us). We also use Pay Pal which
exceptionally secure and used world wide for safe
transactions.
